Every year we conduct a customer satisfaction survey to get a comprehensive understanding of customer feedback on our products and services. All customer feedback will be returned within 24 hours of receipt.
Whenever the customer has a bad product feedback, or through internal product feedback, the quality department, production Department will issue a bad report, the relevant analysis and improvement procedures will be proposed, implemented and tracked. Regular quality meetings are held by the Quality Control Department every month to review the quality status and statistical data during the period; Develop improvement goals and plans.
